NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 12th January, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 759, in Volume D1, Folio 22/308, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Disha Esther Murugi Shetty, of P.O. Box 23–60400, Chuka in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Esther Murugi Kiang’a, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Esther Murugi Kiang’a, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Disha Esther Murugi Shetty, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Disha Esther Murugi Shetty only.
