NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th September, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 4003, in Volume D1, Folio 348/5957, File No. MMXVII, by our client, Nenkashe Koinary Onguja, of P.O. Box 58482–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Josephine Nenkashe Koinary, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Josephine Nenkashe Koinary, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nenkashe Koinary Onguja, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nenkashe Koinary Onguja only.
