NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st February, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 24, in Volume B–13, Folio 1808/12182, File No. 1637, by our client, Benedict Emmanuel Furaha, of P.O. Box 98731–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benedict Furaha Nzioka, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benedict Furaha Nzioka, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Benedict Emmanuel Furaha, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Benedict Emmanuel Furaha only.
