Box 160–1100, Kajiado in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Gladys Njeri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Gladys Njeri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nicole Njeri Maina, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nicole Njeri Maina only.
