CAUSE No.66 OF 2017 By (1) Tanei ene Mosiany and (2) Memanyara ene Lekishon, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lokishen ole Turkkasha Lankoi alias Lekishen ole Turkasha Lankoi alias Lonkishon Mosieny ole Turkashan, who died at District Hospital, Kajiado in Kenya, on 18th May, 2015. CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2017 By Billy Mrema Baltaza, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Baltazar, who died at the Aga Khan Hosptal in Kenya, on 1st November, 2015. CAUSE No. 68 OF 2017 CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Wambui Karimi and (2) James Mark Ngari Karirni, both of P.O. Box 224-10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Karimi Kanegeni, late of Kabari, Kinnyaga, who died at Kabari, on 22nd February, 2017.
