TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 106 OF 2016 By Julius Nkunja Kaburu, of P.O. Box 45, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Itumitu M'Muceke M'Ebuabi, who died at Nkanda Sub-location, on 12th April, 1997. CAUSENO. 127 oF2017 By Remu Lithira Kirea, of P.O. Box 10-60605, Muthara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirea taaru alias Kirea Laru, who died at Muthara, on 12th September, 1972. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
