TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 480 OF 2017 By Serah Njeri Mungai, of P.O. Box 346-00219, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephine Nyambura Gichege alias Josephine Nyambura Gichagi, who died at Kenyatta, on 19th September, 2002. CAUSENO. 33 OF2018 By (1) David Mburu Mukami and (2) Elizabeth Nduta, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Mukami Kamitha, who died at Njoro, Karuri, on 5th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
