WHEREAS (1) Shife binti Ahmed, (2) Said Rajab Juma, (3) Salama binti Rajab Juma, (4) Aisha binti Rajab Juma, (5) Fatuma binti Rajab Juma, (6) Khadija binti Rajab Juma, (7) Zainab binti Rajab Juma and (8) Rukiya binti Rajab Juma, all of P.O. Box 80602-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.033 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XL1122, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
