GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1506

WHEREAS Joyce Wambui, of P.O. Box 478, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land WHEREAS Nyaga Muringi (deceased), of Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0464 hectare or thereabouts, known as EmbulMunicipality/329, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court at Embu in succession cause No. 319 of 2014 has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the names of (1) David Bedan Muriithi (ID/3738939) and (2) Madrine Muthoni Kiarie (ID/5757289), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said (1) David Bedan Muriithi and (2) Madrine Muthoni Kiarie, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nyaga Muringi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
