WHEREAS Gitau Gikonyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.38 hectares or thereabout, known as Nguirubi/NdiuniI1412, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1512 of 1998, has issued grant of letters of administration to (1) Simon Gikonyo and (2) James Rurigi Gitau, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Gitau Gikonyo (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. GAZE'rFE NOTICE No. 1693 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Elizabeth Wanjiku Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 6/307, situate in the district of Naivasha, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 205 of 2014, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Monica Nyambura Wagura, (2) Daniel Kariuki Wanjiku, and (3) Joshua Wainaina Wagura, all of P.O. Box 3340-30 100, Eldoret, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expirationof sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in favour of (1) Monica Nyambura Wagura, (2) Daniel Kanuki Wanjiku, and (3) Joshua Wainaina Wagura, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Elizabeth Wanjiku Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
