WHEREAS Peter Mwangi Ngororo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Nyandarua/Ndaragwa Uruku Block 2 (Uruku)/353, 702, 1434, 1435, 1436, 1437 and 1438, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 569 of 2008, has issued letters of administration and confirmation of grant to Daniel Kihara Mwangi (ID/10188201), and whereas the said title deeds issued earlier to the said Peter Mwangi Ngororo (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R.
