NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd March, 2017, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1307, in Volume DI, Folio 277/4742, File No. MMX VII, by our client, Njugu-ini Ruci-ini, of P.O. Box 4403-01002, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Margaret Njugu- mi Ruci-jni, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Margaret Njugu-ini Ruci-ini, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Njugu-ini Ruci-ini, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Njugu-ini Ruci-ini only.
