COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NOTICE is given that the above-mentioned part development plans were on 20th February, 2018, completed.
The part development plans relate to land situated in Murang'a
County.
Copies of the part development plans have been deposited for public inspection at the offices of the County Director, Urban and
Regional Planning Office.
The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the County Director, Urban and Regional Planning Office, between the hours of 8.00 am, to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plans may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director, Urban and Regional Planning Office, P.O. Box 708-10200, Murang'a, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.

FOR THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT OF CHIROMO LANE
MEDICAL ON PLOT L.R. NO. 3734/37 ALONG MUTHANGARI
ROAD, LAVINGTON, NAIROBI CITY COUNTY
INVITATION OF PUBUC COMMENTS
PURSUANT to regulation 21 of the Environmental Management and Co-ordination (Impact Assessment and Audit) Regulations, 2003, the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) has received an Environmental Impact Assessment Study Report for the above proposed project.
The proponent, The Chiromo Lane Medical Centre, is proposing to decommission the current bungalow and erect a four-storey building
(ground + 3 levels and attic level) that will house consultation rooms and an in/outpatient department on plot L. R. No. 3734/37 along
Muthangari Road, Lavington, Nairobi City County.
The following are the anticipated impacts and proposed mitigation measures:
