Box 265, Kianyaga in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will of Danson Kiura Gacogu alias Danson Kiura Gachogu, late of Thimu, Kirinyaga, who died at Mwea. Hospital in Kenya, on 1st september, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from.the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
