TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.22 OF 2017 By (1) Esther Kerubo Onchomba and (2) Mercy Wanjiku Munyua, both of P.O. Box 68, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Momanyi Onchomba, who died at Christamarianne Hospital in Kenya, on 15th December, 2015. CAUSE No.70 OF 2017 By Rhoda Achieng, of P.O. Box 87949-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate tcr the estate of Kennedy Ouma Oyuga, who died at Mzizima, on 10th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
