REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Loise Muthoni Kiboi, of P.O. Box 815, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land 16th March, 2018 containing 4.05 hectares or thereabout, known as Euaso NyirolSuguroi Block V113080, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost/misplaced and efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
