PURSUANT to section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, and section 9 (2) of the County Assembly Service Act, 2017, the County Assembly of Mombasa has approved the appointment of- Swabir Masoud Abdalla as Fourth Member; and Lynette Kamadi as Fifth Member of the Mombasa County Assembly Service Board, with effect from the 2nd March, 2018. The duties of both persons appointed shall be jointly with other members be as spelt Out in section 12 (7) of the County Governments Act, 2012 and section 11 of the County Assembly Service Act, 2017.
