REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued in pursuance of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38) to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KAW 449V, Nissan Tiida, to collect the said motor vehicle currently lying at Old Racecourse Garage, behind Starehe Petrol Station, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges, interest, the cost of publishing this Gazette notice and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shall be disposed off either by public auction and/or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale be used to defray the accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
