REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued in pursuance to the provisions of Section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owners of motor vehicles registration Nos. KBX 160X Nissan Serena, KBX 764B Mitsubishi Pajero, KCB 777E Toyota Prado, KAM 507C Subaru Legacy and KAY 345B Subaru Legacy, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles from Sheikh Motors Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payments of all storage charges, all other lawful charges incurred as at the date of taking delivery plus the cost of publishing this Gazette notice, unless the said motor vehicles are collected from the said Sheikh Motors Limited, the same will be sold through public auction or private treaty without any further notice and the proceeds thereof will be used to defray the accrued charges, the balance if any shall be at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall the owners shall be liable thereto.
