INQUIRY ORDER
WHEREAS, by an extension order dated 19th February, 2017, I appointed Mr. Raphel K. Maseki, Principal Co-operative Auditor, Headquarters, to be liquidator of Posta Investment Co-operative
Society Limited (CS/8494) (in liquidation) for a period not exceeding one year and whereas the said Mr. Raphael K. Maseki, Principal Co- operative Auditor has not been able to complete the liquidation.
NOW THEREFORE, I extend the period of the liquidation with effect from the 19th February, 2018, for another period not exceeding one year for the said Mr. Raphael K. Maseki to act as liquidator in the matter of the said Co-operative Society.

INQUIRY ORDER
WHEREAS I have on my own accord decided that an inquiry be held into the- by-laws;
working and financial conditions and;
the conduct of management committee, and past or present members or officers of Oserian Sacco Society Limited (CS! 4123) and in accordance with section 58 as read together with section 73 of the Co- operative Societies Act.
Now therefore, I authorize (1) Philip Ukhevi Uluma, Principal
Co-operative Officer, Headquarters (2) John Mwanagangi Makai, Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit, Headquarters to hold an
Inquiry within twelve (12) days at such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them.
The attention of all officers and members of the Society is directed to the following Sections of the Co-operative Societies
Act.

Section 60 (2)- Recovery of costs of expenses
Section 94-Offences
Section 73- Surcharges

INTENTION TO MAKE 5TH AND FINAL PAYMENT To DEPOSITORS AND
CREDITORS
NOTICE is given pursuant to rule 107 of the Companies (Winding up) Rules that the Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (formerly
Deposit Protection Fund Board) intends to declare 5th and final liquidation payment to all depositors and other creditors of Fortune
Finance Limited (In Liquidation).
In this regard, all depositors and other creditors are required to file their claims with the above named institution, not later than 27th
March, 2018 to facilitate re-imbursement of deposits and other creditors' claims.
Please note that if you do not lodge your claim by the said date, you will be excluded from this payment. However, those depositors and creditors who have already filed their claims need not lodge fresh claims.
Claim forms (Proof of Debt Forms) are available for collection from our offices at CBK Pension House, 2nd Floor (formerly Marshall
House), Harambee Avenue, Nairobi between 8.15 am. and 5.00 p.m.
