THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No.3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaga Muringi (deceased), of Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.05, 0.05, 4.84, 4.45 and 6.07 hectares of thereabout, known as Gaturi/Githimu/1963, 1959, Ngandori Kirigi/760, 750 and Gaturi/Weru/43, respectively, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the High Court at Embu in succession cause No, 319 of 2014 has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the names of (1) David Bedan Muriithi (ID/3738939) and (2) Madrine Muthoni Kiarie (ID/5757289), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deeds to the said (1) David Bedan Muriithi and (2) Machine Muthoni Kiarie, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Nyaga Muringi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of to effect.
