TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.79 OF 2017 By (1) Anne Mutile and (2) Victor Muange Mbuvi, both of P.O. Box 83790-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Heinz Joachim Wahner, who died at Umoja Estate, on 19th August, 2007. CAUSE No.80 OF 2017 By (1) Anne Mutile and (2) Victor Muange Mbuvi, both of P.O. Box 83790-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son-in- law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Penina Nduku Heinz Joachim Warner alias Pemna Nduku Warner, who died at Pandya Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2018 By (I) Isabella Waithira Njenga and (2) Allan Njenga Kiume, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kiume Kioko, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
