TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.258 OF 2017 By Jacton Apopa Ogawo, of P.O. Box 27, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helena Onyango Ogawo, who died at Kombiro, on 11th January, 1996. CAUSE No.35 OF 2018 By Francis Okelo Rachuodho, of P.O. Box 90, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Omollo, who died at Simenya, on 14th June, 2009. CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2018 By Francis Okello Rachuodho, of P.O. Box 90, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ogola Opondo alias William Ogola, who died at Simenya, on 16th August 1982. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2018 By (I) Anjeline Obonyo Ogalo and (2) Dorcas Odando Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 90, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogola Rachuodho, who died at Simenya Sub-location, on 6th June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
