TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 6th April, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1019 CAUSE NO.54 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Gerrison and (2) Lipiah Makanka Katutu, both of P.O. Box 27-80201, Garsen in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Majiba Maskat, who died at Mombasa, on 24th May, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
