Box 141, Nambale in Kenya, the deceased's father and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emmanuel Kenya Maketso, late of Sikinga, Busia, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2016.
