TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO. 1 OF 2018 By Joseph Mutiiria Kang'ethua, of P.O. Box 1-60125, Manmanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Mukiira Irigi Naikuru alias M'Mukira Irigi Naikuru, who died at District Hospital, Marimanti in Kenya, on 20th November, 2008. CAUSE No.2 OF 2018 By Joseph Njeru Mitambo, of P.O. Box I, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mitambo Kumbuka, who died at District Hospital, Tharaka in Kenya, on 7th December, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
