TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 2 OF 2018 By (1) Jagdish Prabhudas Karia, of 1, Astons Road, Moor Park, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 2LE and (2) Sukirina Pradipkumar Kotecha, of 67, Greenway Totteridge, London N20 8EL, the executors named in the deceased's last will, for sealing of a grant issued in another country to the estate of Prabhudas Karia alias Prabhudas 0. Karia alias Prabhudas Odhavji Karma alias Karma Prabhudas Odhavji, who died at Greenlane, Northwood, on 7th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
