TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No.1 OF 2018 By Lilian Muya Engor, of P.O. Box 101-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngisipaan Eipa, who died at Napetet, on 21st December, 2015. CAUSE No.2 OF 2018 By (1) Elizabeth Amekwi Lorogoi and (2) Ekale Major Ekuwam, both of P.O. Box 488-30500, Lodwar in Kenya, the deceased's widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ekai Ekaale, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
