CAUSE No. 122 OF 2017 By (1) Samuel Mwololo Mang'ale, (2) Joseph Kioko Mulili and (3) Michael Mboloi Mutavi, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinuka Mutavi, who died at Nzaui, Makueni, on 1st November, 2004. CAUSE NO. 128 OF 2017 By Christopher Muthoka Kimii, of P.O. Box 51, Matiliku in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyiva Kimeu, who died at Mu, Makueni, on 11th September, 2014.
