Box 73-10106, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingori Nyori, who died at Thuti Sub-location, on 12thFebruary,2015. CAUSE NO. 107 OF 2017 By (1) Mary Njeri Kingori and (2) Peter Waititu Kingori, both of P.O. Box 745, Othaya in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kingori Waititu alias Joseph King'ori Waititu, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 12th July, 2012. CAUSENO. 118 0F2017 By James Gakembu Ndiritu, of P.O. Box 30864-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jedida Wangari Ndiritu, who died at Itemeini Sub-location, on 3rd June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
