TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 68 OF 2016 By Joan Awuor Dindi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geofrey Dindi Okaka, who died at District Hospital, Siaya in Kenya, on 28th August, 2005. CAUSE No. 136 OF 2017 By Moses Limera Nanzai, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nanzayi Omukakula, who died at Eshibinga Sub-location, on 13th August, 1966. CAUSE No. 137 OF 2017 By Joseph Inyangala Ambani, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Inyangala Ambani, who died at St. Mary's Hospital, Mumias in Kenya. CAUSENO. 139 OF2017 By Aggrey Wilson Anjia, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oluchri Eshikumo Matseshe alias Oluchiri, who died at Mundeku Sub-location, on 1st November, 1964. CAUSENO. 140 OF20l7 CAUSE No. 4 OF 2018 By Joan Okwisa Munywale, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hagai Omeno Matuli alias Hagai Omeno S. Matuli, who died at Shikunga, in 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
