REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Roberto Pacchioni, of P.O. Box 1585-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1064 hectare or thereabouts, known as portion No. 4037, Malindi Situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of an indenture registered as LT. 38, Folio 26, File 6423, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified copy of the original indenture provided that no objection has been received with in that period.
