GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4450

WHEREAS Obed Waweru Githedie (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land containing 0.56 and 0.076 hectare or thereabouts, known as MugugalGitaru/164 and T. 136, respectively, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 3430 of 2007, has issued grant letters of administration to (1) Peter Kariuki Waweru (ID/2298473), (2) John Kiiru Waweru (ID/2307223) and (3) Joseph Njoroge Waweru (ID/2307527), all of P.O. Box 21-00902, Kikuyu, and whereas the said title deeds issued earlier to the said Obed Waweru Githedie (deceased), have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue land title deeds issued to the said (1) Peter Kariuki Waweru (ID/2298473), (2) John Kiiru Waweru (ID/2307223) and (3) Joseph Njoroge Waweru (ID/2307527), and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Obed Waweru Githedie (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
