GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4452

WHEREAS (1) David Gachunga Njau (deceased), (2) Muroki Njau (deceased) and (3) Augustine Kaguara Zachanah Njau (deceased), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land containing 1.90 hectares or thereabout, known as MugugalKahuho/395, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the High Court at Nairobi in succession cause No. 465 of 1995, has issued grant letters of administration to (1) Rosemary Wamaitha Kaguara and (2) Elizabeth Wairimu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said (I) David Gachunga Njau (deceased), (2) Muroki Njau (deceased) and (3) Augustine Kaguara Zachariah Njau (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 and R. L. 7 and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Rosemary Wamaitha Kaguara and (2) Elizabeth Wairimu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) David Gachunga Njau (deceased), (2) Muroki Njau (deceased) and (3) Augustine Kaguara Zachariah Njau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
