WHEREAS Njeru Nyaga (deceased), of Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.96 hectares or thereabout, known as GaturilNembure/4059, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Embu in succession cause No. 225 of 2009, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of (1) Simoda Gatavi Njeru (ID/3749981) and (2) Mary Wariimi Njeru, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Simoda Gatavi Njeru (ID/3749981) and (2) Mary Wariimi Njeru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njeru Nyaga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 1688, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Iriaini[Kiaguthu/983, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 121 of 2016 has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Leah Gathigia Githinji, and whereas the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue a land title deed to the said Leah Gathigia Githinji, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier shall to the said Charles Mama Kibuchi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
