WHEREAS Wanjohi Kaguru Mutugi (deceased), of Kirinyaga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kirinyaga.IMarurumo/57, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's Court at Baricho in succession cause No. 175 of 2016, has issued grant and confirmation letters of administration to (1) Nancy Wanjiku Mama and (2) Eunice Wangui Wanjohi, and whereas all efforts made to rcnver the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for canAlation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Nancy Wanjiku Mama and (2) Eunice Wangui Wanjohi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wanjohi Kaguru Mutugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. G.zjirrE NOTICE No.4459 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No.3012012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Geoffrey Gatheru Kimaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0704 hectare or thereabouts, known as NyandarualKiriita/lvlairo Inya Block 2/1016, situate in the district of Nyandarua, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 122 "A" of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration to Francis Muthui Gatheru, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Geoffrey Gatheru Kimaru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R.
