REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Jepkosgei Singoei, of P.O. Box 44, Kobujoi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nandi/Chebilat/931, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed earlier issued is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, the land title deed shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
