WHEREAS Elizabeth Muthoni Hussein (ID/3597967) beina a personal representative of Margaret Kirigo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.052 hectare or thereabouts, situated in the district of Murang'a. registered under title Nos. Loc. 17/Sabasaha/T.283 and T.282, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence have been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice are given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection have been received within that period.
