WHEREAS Robert Gichimu Clithinji (ID/12887696), of P.O. Box 28875-00200, Nairobi in the Re public of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.20 hectare or thereibouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. t'gong/Ngong/6038 1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduct d to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice i s given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date here( f, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been r tceived within that period.
