WHEREAS (1) Thiong'o Kiunga, (2) Azanath Wanjiku Muirigire and (3) Loise Wanjiru Meru, the adrninistratix of the estate of Muirigire Rugiri (deceased), all of P.O. Box 421, Kangema in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/11/191, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture registered in Vol. N25, Folio 477/2 1 and File 7406, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
