WHEREAS Rossana Manieri, of P.O. Box 857-80200, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as portion No. 2741, situate in Malindi Municipality in the Kilifi District, registered as Lt. No. 21 Folio 623/5 File No, 4910, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the folio in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
