REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rose Wangri Mathenge and (2) Peter Kariuki Githiomi, both of P.O. Box 1746, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.044 hectaie or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/12274, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
