NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 26th March, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 444, in Volume DI, Folio 82/1281, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Charles Kyalo Mbili, of P.O. Box 23, Kiambu in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel Ndeke Mbili, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel Ndeke Mbili and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Charles Kyalo Mbili, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Charles Kyalo Mbili only.
