REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jefitha Muchiri Miano (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kabare/Gachigi/550, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the High court of Kenya at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 401 of 2015, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Cicily Wamarwa Kabia and (2) Susan Wagutu, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Cicily Wamarwa Kabia and (2) Susan Wagutu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Jefitha Muchiri Miano (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
