THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No.3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nadupa Housing Co-operative Limited, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as KajiadolKipeto/2459, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas adjudication records held at the office show that the said piece of land belongs to (1) Edward Kirogo (ID/0487864) and (2) Hannah Kirogo (ID/4012373), both of P.O. Box 413, Buruburu, and whereas the land said title deed was fraudulently issued to Nadupa Housing Co-operative Limited, and whereas all efforts made to compel them to surrender the land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration and issuance of a land title deed in the names of (1) Edward Kirogo and (2) Hannah Kirogo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Nadupa Housing Co-operative Limited, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
