TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 752 OF 2017 By (1) Pamela Akumu Ibrahim, (2) Faiza Tiya Ibrahim and (3) Shaban Muhamad Ibrahim, the deceased's widows and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Ujiji Oyuga, who died at Nyawita Sub-location, on 28th July, 2000. CAUSE No. 121 OF 2018 By Agnes Adongo Agingu, the deceased's mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephano Onyore Agingu, who died at Kit Mikayi, on 24th December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
