TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 94 OF 2016 By Mary Wanjugu Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 365-10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wanjohi Ngunjiri, who died at Honi Sub-location, on 14th April, 1999. CAUSE No. 123 OF 2017 By Frida Wangari Ndungu. of P.O. Box 1039, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ndungu Mucheru, who died at Rumuruti Sub-location, on 26th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Ke,rzya Gazette.
