TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 25 OF 2018 By (1) Jane Wainimu Kimani and (2) John Gitau Kimani, both of P.O. Box 228-00511, Ongata Rongai in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kimani Gitu, who died at St. Mary's Hospital n Kenya, on 21st August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thiity (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
