TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 62 OF 2017 By (1) Kennedy Gitau and (2) John Njoroge the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Njoroge Gitau alias Daniel Gitau Njoroge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th July, 2014. CAUSE No. 17 OF 2018 By (I) Josphat Nganga Mbogo and (2) Lawrence Mbugua Mbogo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbogo Mararu alias Mbogo Mararo, who died at Ngata Rongai,on 29th April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
