TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2018 By (1) James Kaigwara Ng'ang'a and (2) Tabitha Mugure Ng'ang'a, both of P.O. Box 71, Matathia in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Archibald Nganga Kaigwara alais Archibald Nganga s/n Kaigwara alais Archibald Nganga, who died at Kahuru, on 29th October, 2006. CAUSE No. 97 OF 2018 By Paul Mukoma Kamau, of P.O. Box 184-00217, Limuru in Kenya. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Mukoma, who died at Lakeview Nursing Home, on 5th December, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
